ION: ION will close tight junctions in the gut to prevent leaky gut and eliminate toxin reabsorbtion (autointoxication). Consider reintroducing probiotics back in month 2 and a rotation of probiotics(MBC, Mega Sporebiotic, Pro Flora) and Ion/Biome for gut healing.

Important Note: Other supportive products can be added to this core depending on your unique needs. For example, Lymphatic support products found in your toolbox will be used for mold illness and hidden infections.

Core Prep: Typical Doses 

Vista: Vista 1: 1 hard, 1 soft capsule per day Vista 2: 2 full droppers or 2 gelcaps/ day

MoRS: 2 per day

eNRG: 2 per day

L-Liver: 2 per day

K-Kidney: 2 anytime of day

Ion: 2 tsp, 2x per day before meals. 

Important note:  For sensitive people you will want to start with ½ doses.
